Jotopus
Jotopus is our own meeting-notes app. It listens on your own device, so no bot joins the call, and it keeps the words, never the audio. After the meeting you get the summary, the decisions and the actions, with every point linked back to the exact line that was said. Ask a question and the answer comes from every meeting your team has had. This demo runs entirely in your browser with a made-up team, so you can try it without signing up.

What it can do

Nothing joins your meeting. Jotopus listens on your own device, so nobody sees a stranger in the list.
Audio is never kept
Only the words are saved. The sound is thrown away as soon as it has been turned into text.

Things to try
- Press “Alice Reed” to look around as someone on the sample team.
- Open Meetings, then “Acme pilot kick-off”, and read the summary, the decisions and the actions.
- Go to Ask and type “What budget did Acme give us?”. The answer links to the line where it was said.
- Press Record, then “Start capturing”, and talk for a minute. Chrome or Edge will ask to use your microphone.
Everything stays in your browser: nothing is sent to us, and nothing is recorded.
In this demo the notes are written by a simple built-in summariser. In the full app, Claude writes them.
Importing a recording and hearing both sides of a call need the full app.
