These terms cover your use of arsmarttechsolutions.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

2. These are not the terms of your project

This page governs the website only. Commissioned work is governed by the App Development Agreement and Project Brief signed for that engagement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

3. What the site is for

The site describes our services, shows demonstrations of our work, and lets you get in touch or book a call. The live demos hold made-up data for illustration and are not products for sale.

4. Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to break anyone else's rights
• attempt to gain access to any part of it, or any account, you were not given
• interfere with how it runs, including by automated scraping that degrades it for others
• introduce anything malicious

5. The client portal

If you have portal access, it is for you and your business. Keep your sign-in link to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has it. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

6. Our material

The content, design and code of this site belong to AR Smart Tech Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation's use. You may not republish, sell or pass off our material as your own without written permission.

Work delivered under a signed agreement is owned as that agreement sets out, not by this page.

7. What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available so far as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted, free of error, or right for a particular purpose of yours. Anything on the site is general information, not advice for your situation — ask us and we will answer properly.

8. Where our liability ends

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of this site.

9. Other people's sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

10. Your data

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
