AR Smart Tech Solutions was founded by Ashley Reynolds with one clear purpose: to help businesses close the gaps between how they work and how they could work.
Our approach
We start with your operation, not the tech.
Every business has friction points: manual processes that eat up time, communication gaps that cause errors, and workarounds that were only meant to be temporary.
We find those gaps, then build something targeted to close them. Sometimes that’s an app, sometimes an AI tool, and often a bit of both.

Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Ash.
I manage day-to-day operations for a living: leading teams, responding to incidents, keeping services moving and making sure the right things happen safely and on time. Alongside that, I build software. AR Smart Tech Solutions is where the two meet.
Most of the tools I build started life as a problem I recognised from the floor: a rota held together in a spreadsheet, a paper checklist nobody could find when it mattered, a job that lived in someone’s head instead of a system. I’ve been on the receiving end of clunky software often enough to know that the best tool is the one your team will actually use on a wet Tuesday with three things going wrong at once.
So that’s how I work: understand the operation first, build the smallest thing that removes the friction, then stay around to refine it as the business grows. I’ll explain things in plain English and I won’t build more than you need.
