Rota Hub
Rota Hub runs a cleaning company from one place. Managers build the rota and hand out jobs, and cleaners get their day on their phone. They clock in on site, tick off the checklist with photos and clock out. Customers see their own properties and cleans in a portal of their own. Switch between the manager, office, cleaner and customer views to see each side.
A real app we built, with the client’s details removed. Every business, person and number in it is made up.

Things to try
- Use the name at the top right to switch between the manager, office, cleaner and customer views.
- As a cleaner, open today’s job, clock in, tick the checklist and add a photo.
- As the manager, mark someone as off sick and watch their jobs need cover.
- Open it on your phone and add it to your home screen. It works like an installed app.
Everything runs in your browser and is saved on your device only.
Use “Reset demo data” in the user menu to start again.
