Our services
We don’t sell a package. We spend time understanding how your business runs, find where it breaks down, and build something that fits.
What we do
We don’t sell a package. We spend time understanding how your business runs, find where it breaks down, and build or connect the tools that sort it.
Apps built around your team and the way you already work. We leave out the features you would never open and concentrate on the ones you would use every day.
We look at where AI would save your team real time or money, then put the right tools in place. That might mean automating a weekly report, reading documents and emails so nobody has to re-type them, or giving you better information to make decisions with.
Before we build anything we get to know your operation properly. We map out where the time goes, where mistakes creep in and where the right tool would make a measurable difference.
How it works
A phone or video call about your business, your team and the jobs that eat your time. There is nothing to prepare and nothing is being sold.
We write down where the friction is and what we would do about it, whether that is an app, an AI tool or a bit of both, with clear timelines and costs.
We build in short stages and show you progress as we go, so you can steer it and you are never waiting weeks for something that turns out to be wrong.
After launch we are still here for small changes, new features and support as the business changes.

Pricing
Priced for sole traders and small teams. Every price is a starting point: you get a fixed quote after the discovery call, and it only changes if the job does.
Free
Thirty minutes on the phone and a short written summary of the two or three things worth fixing first.
from £200one-off
One automation or fix, done in a day or two. Usually the thing you have been meaning to sort out for months.
from £600one-off
One focused tool built around how you work, live within a couple of weeks.
from £2,000or from £167/month over 12 months
Scheduling, quotes and invoicing, client portal and staff app in one place, much like the live demo.
Every build comes with the care plan as standard for the first month, so nothing is left unsupported.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Third-party costs such as domains or hosting above the care plan are passed on at cost and agreed up front. If your app uses AI, its running cost is built into the monthly price, with an allowance agreed in your quote, so there is no AI account for you to set up.
What happens next
Typical timings. Small jobs move faster and big ones are broken into stages, but this is the shape of most projects.
Thirty minutes on the phone or a video call. You talk, we ask questions and take notes. Nothing to prepare.
A short note back to you: the two or three gaps worth fixing first, what we would build for each, and a fixed price. No obligation at this point.
You say yes, we agree the details and the first stage starts. For a Full system the deposit is paid here.
Something you can open and try with a couple of your team. A Quick Win is finished by now. A Starter build is live or nearly there.
Full systems go live one module at a time, so you are using the first parts while the later ones are built. Each stage ends with a walkthrough.
The first month is included. After that it is optional: hosting, backups, updates and small changes for a flat monthly fee.
Questions people ask
If yours isn’t here, ask us. We reply to everything.
A Quick Win is usually done within a day or two of us agreeing it. A Starter build is typically live in two to three weeks. A Full system is delivered in stages over two to three months, and you start using the first stage long before the last one is finished.
You do. The code, the data and the accounts it runs on are all in your name. If you ever want to move it somewhere else or have someone else look after it, you can, and we will help with the handover.
Mostly time to talk. An hour or so at the start to walk us through how the work flows now, then short check-ins as the build goes on so you can steer it. If you have the spreadsheets, forms or paperwork you use today, those are worth sharing because we build from them rather than from a blank page.
You give a month’s notice and it stops. The software keeps working. The care plan covers hosting, backups, updates and small changes, so if you cancel it you take those on yourself or with someone else, and we will hand over whatever is needed to make that easy.
No. Discovery calls and most of the work happen over video and email, so it makes no difference where you are in the UK. If a site visit would help, for example to see how a workshop or a depot runs, that can be arranged.
Very little, because the tools are built around what they already do. Most people pick them up in a few minutes. We include a short walkthrough at handover and a one-page guide for anything that is not obvious.
That is the normal starting point. The free discovery call and the Gap Finder exist for exactly that. Sometimes the honest answer is that a spreadsheet tweak or an off-the-shelf tool would do, and if so we will say so.
Run the Gap FinderNo. We set the AI up and run it for you, and its running cost is part of the app’s monthly price, with an allowance agreed in your quote so it stays predictable. If you would rather it ran on an AI account in your own name, we can set it up that way instead.
Quick Wins and Starter builds are paid in full on completion. Full systems are a deposit followed by milestone payments as each stage goes live, or you can spread the cost monthly over 6 or 12 months, whichever suits your cash flow. Every price is fixed once you have the quote.
Most people aren’t. The Gap Finder takes a minute and points at where the friction is.
